It is even more beautiful than in the picture.
We were both worried that our carving would not be as lovely as in the picture. When it arrived yesterday we were delighted to find it was even more beautiful! In this carving of Our Lady of Guadalupe the artist, Jose Canil Ramos, depicts heartfelt serenity. We love it! Muchos Gracias por crear nuestro estatua. Ella is muy serena, bella y precioso.

Beauty, blessings, and grace!
Jose Canil Ramos Our Lady of Candelaria combines memories of my Maryknoll missionary cousin Padre Albert Reymann who served in Guatemala 1950-80, my knowledge of Aztec, Incan, and Mayan cultures, and my friend Kathy Chappelears grandchildren who were adopted from Guatemala. She is a blessing who now graces my home. Thank you Jose Canil Ramos!
