Bandhani is a tie-dyeing technique practiced mainly in western India. Intricate patterns are created by wrapping the fabric with string before dyeing it. When the fabric is untied, natural patterns appear in the places where the string prevented the dye from taking hold. Bandhani cloth is often used for women's shawls, but here the technique is adapted for a silky top. Made of a viscose rayon knit, the top drapes beautifully and features three-quarter length sleeves.

"Addition to my collection of Bandani clothing"
I was so glad to see they are still producing the shirt. Ive been traveling with the Jacket, Pants, and Dress for many years. They pack perfectly and the colors remain as bright as the day purchased.

"Very nice to look at"
This is a nice top. It runs small. The pattern is on the back, which is nice. I am a bit afraid to clean it. If it shrinks, it will be too small.

"Beautiful and easy to wear"
I purchased both the skirt and the top. I have worn the set once. It was breathable, comfortable and did not wrinkle. And I felt at ease wearing it yet put together in a professional way. This my kind of style- artisan, bohemian and interesting to look at.

"My new favorite jacket!"
The moment I saw this jacket, I had to have it! I love floral prints, and this one is exquisite! Im 5 10, 140 lbs, and ordered a medium, and it fits perfectly! I have long arms, and sleeve length is always an issue for me, but the sleeves are plenty long enough for me, even going slightly past my wrists. The jacket is warm, and seems very well made, solid stitching, not going to fall apart. It has a zipper pocket on each side, and an inside pocket on each side. Well worth the money, in my opinion! The only thing I wish was different is I wish the same soft fabric that lines the collar, lined the whole inside, because the jacket is scratchy, but if youre wearing a long sleeve shirt underneath, its not much of an issue. Regardless, I still love it enough to give it 5 stars!
