In exploration of his indigenous Quechua roots, Peruvian artisan Efrain Curi weaves a set of four delightful placemats. Handwoven of wool, each rectangular placemat features fish and geometric motifs against a body of strawberry. Simple fringe completes each placemat at the ends.

"Gorgeous"
I met Mr. Curi a number of years ago when I was in Peru and bought a number of his pieces then. When I saw his work was available on Novica, I was thrilled. This piece was every bit as beautiful as the ones I bought a decade ago. I would highly recommend any of his pieces. They are all stunning.

"Great Craftsmanship"
Love this colorful, vibrant tapestry, which gives warmth to a stark white door and gray-painted apartment. Adds much cheer to my space, and has held up well over the years!

The colors blend so well it just pulls you to it center and lets you explore the Andes figure by figure shade upon shade .
