"I was watching my children braid nylon cords, and that inspired this design," Robert Aidoo-Taylor says. "When my little son saw it, he exclaimed 'Dad, yours looks like a bulldozer!' So I named this men's bracelet Awindazi, an Akan word used to refer to a bulldozer." He braids the wristband in orange and black, and the bracelet can be adjusted by sliding the knot along the cords.
