Ghana's famed gye nyame symbol centers this handsome table, its rotating form meaning "I fear none except God." Known as an adinkra symbol, this image is revered throughout the country. Winfred Korley carves a kneeling angel as the base of the circular table. "This design is to remind each and every one that angels bring the reply to our prayers to God. Angels are his messengers and they also protect us from our enemies," he says.
