In homage of the traditional Marinera dance of Peru, John Barrow designs this awe-inspiring sculpture. Wearing bright and colorful clothing, a man and a woman dance together. The man kneels before his partner as she waves a red handkerchief over his head. This sculpture is crafted from different pieces of wood that are each carved by hand and assembled like a puzzle.

"Art for the heart"
In the past I have bought this artist s work in Peru and was thrilled I could order additional pieces from Novica to add to my collection. Not only was I able to order pieces I had not seen in Lima, it they were less expensive.

I have loved this piece since I first saw it. I purchased two other pieces from this amazing artist, for gifts, but this finally became available and it now hold a very special place in my home.
